Do you struggle with constantly starting and stopping the habit of exercising?
You know that it's healthy. You know you always feel good afterwards. So why is it so hard to start up—and to keep going?
You've heard it all before: turn it into a lifestyle, tell yourself you "get" to workout, find someone for accountability.
But none of those pieces of well-meaning advice seem to make the habit stick.
Most of what you've heard about getting and staying motivated to exercise doesn't work.
When you learn why we've developed such a detrimental relationship with exercise—what I call a Dreadful Movement Mindset—and the most effective, evidence-based methods to develop a Joyful Movement Mindset, you’ll see that a more joyful, pleasant relationship with exercise is possible for you.
With the right tools, you can build a positive association with exercise, which is the wellspring of intrinsic motivation and consistency.

I know how intimidating behavior change can be. Over the course of my life I’ve struggled with suicidal depression, anxiety and panic attacks, bulimia, binge eating and emotional eating, toxic relationships, and chronic debt.
As a direct result of changing my mindset, I’ve been able to gain control over my mental and physical health, which is the foundation for everything else I’ve been able to accomplish in my life.
I learned the kind of unwavering consistency that finally allows me to achieve my goals (and the resilience required to keep going when I meet failure or run into an obstacle).
Today, my focus is on passing that on.
I'm a mindset coach and certified nutrition specialist helping individuals to shift their focus from their body fat to their self-worth, feel at home in their bodies, and not only make peace with, but enjoy food and exercise. To date, I have helped over 400 individuals transform their minds and bodies.
